We stopped at Harrah's in Tunica , intending to spend the night. Right before the turn into the self serve lot there's a sign requesting that RVers who want to stay over night utilize the RV park. There were many truckers staying there, so they may allow RVers anyway. We decided not to chance it and spent the night at casino center.

The inter-casino shuttle buses no longer run in Tunica. Harrah's still operate a shuttle between their properties (Harrah's and Horseshoe). The only way to get to/from the other casinos is by POV.

It is now Harrah's, the Grand name or logo is not to be found anywhere.
The shuttle from the RV park to the casino has changed. They now only pickup and drop off at the front of the RV office building. They no longer run the streets in the park. Pickup is at the top of the hour, 24 hours a day. Actually about 5 minutes after the hour as the bus leaves the casino right on the hour. It is a pretty good hike from the far corner of the RV park to the office so if you don't like to walk or the weather is nasty, best request a space close to the office. This is actually an improvement over the old system where a lazy shuttle driver would skip whole sections of the park and leave customers standing in the rain.

Mac, you might want to post this on the web site for Grand, Tunica.
The transportation continues to be a big problem at the Grand, Tunica, RV park. The shuttle bus is supposed to run every hour at the top of the hour. We wanted to go to the casino at 10:00 the first morning but the driver decided to skip that run altogether. I called our casino host for some help and she got in touch with the Transportation manager. They dispatched a bus to pick us up and Leroy, the Tran mgr, met us at the door. He assured us this would never happen again and gave me his card with cell phone
number. I was to call him if there was a problem.
We wanted to returned to the campground at 4:00 PM but the bus was 15 minutes late -- within tolerable limits (barely). We attempted to return to the casino at 6:00 PM for
dinner. The shuttle bus showed up on time but only ran about half the rows in the park and, of course, she skipped ours. It was dark and raining even so I ran out waving my arms and swearing as she departed the park. I called Leroy and he was livid. A few minutes later the shuttle came back followed closely by the shift manager in her car (who also gave us her card and cell phone number). But who needs this hassle and resulting high blood pressure, we left and went to the Hollywood where we can walk to the casino.
Unless you have a toad and can provide your own transportation, we would recommend
against staying at this park.
Nice campground, widely spaced sites but away from everything. They have a nice clubhouse with swimming pool -- not a big factor this time of year. Wi-fi for $12 per day, free coffee in clubhouse. However, there are no sites close to the clubhouse/shower/ laundry facility. This is a problem for anyone with limited mobility. Of course the big negative factor with this campground is the transportation problem getting to the casino. For this reason we will not stay there again.
The Grand casino is presently undergoing a major renovation. They will completely redo the entire casino and rename it Harrah's. The Grand name will be dropped altogether. Of significant interest, Paula Dean, the TV cook show chef from Savannah, will endorse the new buffet and add some of her signature dishes. We are optimistic this move will improve the buffet -- it certainly needs improvement.

Now owned by Harrah's we find it convenient to use Total Reward comp points at the Grand (earned at other Harrah's casinos) to pay for food and camping. They have a decent RV park at reasonable prices, full hook-up about $18. However, we were disappointed to find on our last trip they now charge for Wi-Fi access.
The Grand is the largest casino and resort in Tunica (probably all Mississippi) and is strung out in several buildings over many acres. They also have a golf course, trap range, and other non-gambling amusements. Everything is too far from the casino to walk, including the RV park, so we must depend on shuttle buses. They only run once an hour through the RV park but will come between runs if they are called.
We have never dry camped at the Grand but I have observed motor homes and campers parked in the oversize vehicle lot near the casino.
The buffet is just so-so but seems to have improved somewhat since Harrah's took over. The Diamond lounge is excellent and the casual cafe is pretty good. All are on the second floor of the casino.
There are still a few full pay video poker machines and we hit them pretty hard on our last visit.
